TIBBIR Token Bridge Interface
Last updated: September 29, 2026
See also: Terms of Use
This Privacy Notice explains how information is collected, used, disclosed, and otherwise processed when the TIBBIR token bridge interface available at https://ribbita.ai and any other official domain identified on the interface (collectively, the “Site”) is visited or used. Please read this Notice carefully.
1. Scope
The Site is a non-custodial front-end through which users may submit transactions to autonomous smart contracts implementing an optional, one-way burn-and-mint migration of TIBBIR from Base to Robinhood Chain at a 1:1 token ratio. The Site is distinct from the underlying smart contracts and the public blockchain networks on which they operate.
This Notice applies only to information processed through the Site. It does not govern independent blockchain networks, smart contracts, wallets, RPC providers, Chainlink infrastructure, block explorers, third-party websites, or community platforms, each of which may process information under its own terms and privacy practices.
2. Information Collected Through the Site
Wallet and blockchain information
When a wallet is connected or the bridge is used, the following may be processed:
- Public wallet addresses on Base and Robinhood Chain, including the connected source address and any destination address specified;
- Wallet connection status, selected network, chain identifiers, token balances requested from a public blockchain, and wallet-provider responses;
- Bridge and token transaction information, including transaction hashes, token amounts, approvals, burn events, mint events, status, block numbers, timestamps, fees, and associated public smart-contract events; and
- Other information intentionally included in a public blockchain transaction.
This information is generally obtained from the user, wallet software, public blockchains, smart contracts, Chainlink cross-chain messaging infrastructure, RPC providers, and public blockchain indexing or explorer services. A wallet address is pseudonymous, not necessarily anonymous, and may be linkable to an individual through public records, transaction patterns, exchanges, counterparties, or other information.
Site and device information
When the Site is accessed, hosting, security, content-delivery, or RPC infrastructure may automatically receive limited technical information, such as IP address; approximate location inferred from IP address; browser type and version; device and operating-system information; language; referring URL; requested pages and resources; access times; error logs; and security or diagnostic events. Collection is limited to what is reasonably necessary to deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the Site.
Information not requested by the Site
The Site does not offer user accounts and does not request names, email addresses, telephone numbers, shipping addresses, payment-card information, government identifiers, or seed phrases. It is a bridge interface and does not process a checkout. A seed phrase, private key, or wallet recovery credential should never be provided to the Site or to anyone claiming to be associated with it.
3. How Information Is Used
To the extent information is processed, it may be used to:
- Provide the Site, establish and maintain a wallet connection, display public balances and bridge status, and facilitate user-requested interactions with smart contracts;
- Route blockchain read and write requests, monitor transaction delivery, and troubleshoot failures involving Base, Robinhood Chain, Chainlink, wallets, or RPC providers;
- Protect the Site and its users; detect, investigate, and prevent malicious activity, phishing, abuse, attacks, fraud, sanctions evasion, or security incidents;
- Screen access for compliance purposes, including by processing IP address, approximate location inferred from IP address, network information, and wallet address, and comparing this information against geolocation data and sanctions or watch lists in order to detect, prevent, and block prohibited or restricted access;
- Maintain, debug, improve, and evaluate the Site’s reliability and compatibility, without advertising or behavioral analytics;
- Comply with applicable law, valid legal process, and lawful governmental requests; enforce applicable terms; and protect rights, safety, and property; and
- Create aggregated or de-identified operational information that is not reasonably capable of identifying an individual.
Where a legal basis is required, processing is undertaken as necessary to provide requested functionality, to pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site, to comply with legal obligations, or with consent where applicable. A wallet connection may be declined, in which case bridge functionality will not be available through the Site.
4. Public Blockchains and Permanence
Base and Robinhood Chain are public blockchain networks. Transactions and wallet addresses recorded on a public blockchain are visible to anyone, may be copied and analyzed by unrelated parties, and generally cannot be altered or deleted. On-chain data may remain public permanently even if the Site ceases operating. Public ledgers, validators, sequencers, node operators, block explorers, and persons who independently collect or analyze on-chain information are not controlled through the Site. Privacy rights that require correction or deletion generally cannot be fulfilled with respect to immutable on-chain records.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site uses only essential or functional cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies needed to operate the Site, maintain wallet-connection or network state, remember limited preferences, balance traffic, and protect against abuse. These technologies may store identifiers or settings on a device. The Site does not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, advertising pixels, or cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because the Site does not engage in targeted advertising or qualifying sales or sharing, browser “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals do not change Site behavior, although applicable signals will be honored where legally required. Disabling essential technologies may prevent the Site from functioning correctly.
6. How Information May Be Disclosed
Public blockchain participants. Wallet addresses and transaction details are broadcast to public networks and may be accessed by any person.
Infrastructure and service providers. Information may be processed by hosting and security providers, wallet software, RPC and node providers, block explorers or indexers, and Chainlink components used for cross-chain messaging. These providers act under their own terms and may retain logs independently. Information may also be processed by third-party compliance, sanctions-screening, geolocation, or blockchain-analytics providers used to screen and restrict access, each acting under its own terms.
Legal, compliance, and safety matters. Information may be preserved or disclosed where reasonably believed necessary to comply with applicable law or valid legal process; respond to lawful requests; investigate misuse; enforce terms; or protect the security, rights, property, or safety of users, the Site, or others.
Site transitions. If operation, hosting, maintenance, or development of the Site is transferred, relevant limited operational records may be provided to a successor or replacement operator or service provider, subject to applicable law.
Personal information is not sold and is not shared for cross-context behavioral advertising or used for targeted advertising. Personal information is not knowingly disclosed in exchange for money or other valuable consideration as those concepts are defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws.
7. Third-Party Services
The Site depends on third-party and decentralized services, including Chainlink for cross-chain messaging, RPC providers for access to Base and Robinhood Chain, wallet providers selected by users, and public blockchain data sources. A request sent through an RPC endpoint may reveal an IP address and wallet or transaction information to that provider. Wallets, networks, and Chainlink may collect or expose information independently of the Site. Their security, availability, retention, and privacy practices are not controlled through the Site. The terms and privacy notices applicable to the services a user chooses should be reviewed by that user.
8. Retention
Off-chain logs are retained only for the shortest period reasonably needed for Site functionality, security, debugging, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or dispute protection. Retention periods may vary by service provider and may be outside the Site’s control. Information may be retained longer where reasonably necessary to investigate a security incident, establish or defend legal claims, comply with law, or where deletion is technically infeasible. Public on-chain information is permanent or effectively permanent and is not controlled through the Site. Records generated or used for compliance, sanctions, or access-screening purposes may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to comply with applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations, which may be longer than other off-chain logs.
9. Data Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures may be applied to protect information processed through the Site, taking into account its nature and limited scale. Nevertheless, no website, wallet connection, smart contract, blockchain, communication channel, storage system, or transmission method is completely secure. Confidentiality, integrity, availability, and security cannot be guaranteed, and information is transmitted and public networks are used at the user’s own risk. A compromised front end, browser, wallet, device, RPC provider, domain, or dependency may expose information or alter displayed transaction details.
10. U.S. State Privacy Rights
Depending on state of residence and whether an applicable law covers the relevant processing, a user may have rights under the laws of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and other states. These may include rights to know or access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy of, or limit certain uses of personal information; to opt out of targeted advertising, qualifying sales or sharing, or certain profiling; and to appeal a denied request. California residents may also have rights to know categories and specific pieces of personal information and to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information.
The Site does not use personal information for targeted advertising, does not sell or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and does not knowingly use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics, so these opt-outs may not apply. Rights are subject to exceptions, verification, applicability thresholds, and technical limitations, including the inability to alter public blockchain records. Requests and appeals may be submitted through the methods identified on the interface, and should include enough information to identify the relevant interaction, such as a public wallet address or transaction hash, but should never include a seed phrase, private key, or unnecessary identifying information. Verification of control of a wallet may be required. There will be no unlawful discrimination for exercising an applicable right.
11. Children
The Site is not directed to children, and personal information is not knowingly collected from children. Persons who are not of legal age to enter a binding contract where they live should not use the Site. Concerns that a child has provided off-chain personal information through the Site may be raised through the methods identified on the interface. This does not enable deletion of public blockchain records.
12. International Access and U.S. Processing
The Site may be accessible globally, except where access is restricted. Site infrastructure and information may be processed in the United States and other locations selected by service providers, which may have privacy laws different from, or less protective than, the laws where a user lives. By using the Site, a user understands that information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, subject to applicable law. The Site is not represented as appropriate or lawful in every jurisdiction, and users are responsible for local-law compliance.
13. Changes to This Notice
This Notice may be revised at any time. The revised version will be posted on the Site with an updated “Last updated” date. Changes are effective when posted unless a later date is stated. Continued use of the Site after a revision means the revised Notice applies to later processing, to the extent permitted by law.
14. Contact
Questions, privacy requests, or appeals may be submitted only through the methods identified on the interface. Because there is no conventional customer-support organization, responses are not guaranteed except where required by applicable law. A seed phrase, private key, or other wallet credential should never be sent.
